В целях налаживания, укрепления и расширения торгово-экономических связей между предприятиями-членами торговых палат стран и регионов мира, дальнейшего продвижения концепции "Один пояс, один путь", расширения сотрудничества между Шанхайской Торговой палатой и торговыми палатами и ассоциациями из разных стран мира с 1 по 5 марта 2016 года в городе Шанхае (КНР) пройдет "Выставка импортеров Торговых палат всех стран и регионов (ARCCIM)", организованная Торговыми палатами из 9 провинций и городов Китая, в том числе Шанхая, провинции Цзянсу, Шаньдун и др.

March 1st-5th 2016 “All Countries’ and Regions’ Chamber of Commerce and members Negotiation Import Exhibition Area” (ARCCIM) and “ARCCIM Cooperation and Development Forum”

Dear Sir or Madam：

In order to strengthen cooperation among chambers of commerce from all the countries and regions and accelerate these members’ products into Chinese market, “All Countries’ and Regions’ Chambers of Commerce (and members) Negotiation Import Exhibition Area” (ARCCIM) will be held on March 1ST to 5TH,2016 in Shanghai New International Expo Center China, and during the exhibition “All Countries’ and Regions’ Chambers of Commerce Cooperation Development Forum” (“ARCCIM” FORUM) will also be held. These activities aim at cooperation and creating more trade chances for members from different countries and regions. During the forum, chambers of commerce from various countries and regions will meet with Chinese chambers of commerce. Shanghai Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export sincerely invites you to join “ARCCIM” and the Forum.

“ARCCIM Cooperation and Development Forum” will be held on March 3rd near ARCCIM area, which is supported by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and co-organized by chambers of commerce from various countries and regions. In the forum, other chambers of commerce will meet with Chinese chambers of commerce from different provinces. The Forum will be from 9:30-12:00 am to 13:30-16:30pm. Forum content: 1. chamber of commerce will meet with each other and give self-introduction. 2. Seminar：topics for reference：①how to create more trade opportunities for SME. ②advantage of  chambers of commerce cooperation: to build trust. ③ China’s “the Belt and Road” initiative brings the opportunities for enterprises’ development.

“ARCCIM” is supported by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, relying on East China Fair(ECF). ECF has 25 sessions (every year on March 1st-5th ), organized by governments of nine provinces and cities ( Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Nanjing and Ningbo). ECF attracts over 3000 exhibitors and 30000 buyers each year. The 26th ECF 2016 will be held in Shanghai New International Expo Center ( March 1st to 5th ) and sets up such areas: home products, textiles, garments, leather, gifts. 2016 “ARCCIM” is only set up for the chambers of commerce from various countries and regions.

Forum &“ARCCIM”Registration:

1）Products on display: Advantage local specialties such as light industry, textile, food, agricultural products(except large machinery). Introduction of investment environment, consulting, logistics, E-commerce, technical trading and so on.

2）Booth Rate: Standard Booth (3m*3m): $2630/ (3m*3m). Forum is free.

3）Registration  way: Chambers of commerce submit registration form to us directly, members should through chambers of commerce for application.

4）Chamber of commerce could share one booth with one member. Also two enterprises could share one booth.

5）Registration Deadline: Dec31, 2015 and please pay the booth fee before Jan.20, 2016.
