As far as we managed to notice in a couple of days, a huge number of travel companies from all over the world are interested in the exhibition. They show genuine interest in the Minsk-Dubai-Minsk route. We are in a positive mood and expect that we will discover new opportunities for ourselves here, "said Ekaterina Radishevskaya, Head of Marketing and Foreign Economic Affairs at Belavia.

“The National Exposition of the Republic of Belarus at the ATM 2021 exhibition presents tourist organizations engaged in inbound tourism under the auspices of the National Tourism Agency of Belarus, and the Belavia airline. Our exposition looks very worthy along with the national expositions of other countries, such as Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Regions of the Russian Federation, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy and many Asian countries. It is possible to note a large flow of visitors who are interested in recreation opportunities in the Republic of Belarus. It must be said that the hottest months come in the Middle East, when temperatures exceed 40 degrees. This is the right time to relax in a country with a cooler climate. The interest is enormous. They are attracted by a visa-free regime of up to 30 days, opportunities for ecological tourism, treatment, health improvement and much more. The exhibition itself is very large-scale this year. The exhibition is attended by countries with large flows of inbound tourism. Of course, these are Turkey, Egypt, UAE, Greece, Maldives and many other famous resorts. The pavilions of the countries of the Middle East are striking in their scope, primarily the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Bahrain and others. The central exposition of this exhibition is the stand of the world exhibition EXPO 2020, which will open in Dubai in October 2021. Within the framework of the ATM exhibition, the possibilities of this large-scale project, which will attract the attention of the whole world. The Republic of Belarus will present its developments in the national pavilion. It will be the 1st among world exhibitions, where all countries of the world (over 190 countries) will have separate pavilions. The latest achievements of world technologies will be here. The emphasis will be on development in the field of energy, digitalization and technologies that will improve the ecology of our planet. Everyone who is interested in design and architecture, as well as not indifferent to the development of the future in all spheres of human life, should visit this exhibition, which will be held for six months, ”- said Evgeny Vvedensky.
Also on May 17, the Belarusian exposition was visited by the Consul General of Belarus in Dubai Yevgeny Lazarev and shared the prospects for trade and economic cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the UAE.
“2021 provides new additional opportunities for the development of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the UAE in the field of tourism. Since the beginning of the year, a visa-free regime for mutual travel of citizens of Belarus and the UAE has been in effect. Since February, direct flights have opened from the largest city in the UAE, Dubai. Two airlines are already flying, including the national Belarusian airline Belavia. It is planned that direct flights will also be carried out from other cities of the UAE. All this creates additional opportunities for the development of tourism and, as we see from statistics, today, in three months of 2021, the export of tourism services from Belarus to the UAE has increased 6 times. Therefore, we believe that the participation of Belarus in the Arabian Travel Market exhibition, namely, participation in the form of a national exposition, is very timely. We hope that due to the presence of representatives of travel companies and airlines here, it will be possible to identify new ways and directions of cooperation, since the prospects for bilateral cooperation in the field of tourism are very extensive and can become a subject for discussion between interested parties. Therefore, we are convinced that the participation of Belarus in the exhibition will further deepen cooperation between our countries, as well as with other countries of the Persian Gulf, which visit the exhibition very intensively, ”said Yevgeny Lazarev.
