Business delegation from Belarus to visit Syria

From September 26 to October 2, a business visit of the Belarusian delegation to Damascus will take place, timed to coincide with the work of the Belarusian exposition at the 7th international exhibition Rebuild Syria. The delegation will include representatives of the Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1, the Rechitsa Hardware Plant, Amkodor, Ivatsevichdrev and the Minsk Automobile Plant. Delegates will take part in a rich business program accompanying the exhibition: b2b negotiations with Syrian companies, meetings with government officials and business circles.



On September 26, the Belarusian delegation will meet with the head of the construction company Hamsho Group, Mohamed Hamsho. The company is one of the largest in the construction industry in Syria. Among its implemented objects are residential areas, multifunctional complexes, hotels. Hamsho Group also specializes in the design and construction of buildings with complex architectural forms.

On September 27, a seminar-consultation will be held at the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Syrian Arab Republic, dedicated to the promotion of Belarusian goods on the Syrian market.

On September 28, members of the Belarusian delegation will hold talks at the Chamber of Commerce in Homs. From the Syrian side, the meeting will be attended by the chairman of the Chamber of Commerce in Homs, Iyad El Sebai, vice-presidents of the chamber and members of the Board of Directors. It is planned to discuss the prospects of the Belarusian-Syrian cooperation in the food industry, engineering, trade and much more. Also on September 28, negotiations will be held at the Chamber of Industry in Homs with the participation of General Director Sallem Alloush and Chairman of the Board of Directors Labib Alakhvan.



On September 29, a meeting will be held with the leadership of the Damascus Chamber of Industry - Samer Al-Debs, Addib Kabur, Luay Nahlavi and others. The focus is on cooperation in woodworking, food packaging, and light industry.

On October 2, meetings of the Belarusian delegation will be held in the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce, the Aleppo Chamber of Commerce, the Damascus District Chamber of Commerce and the Hama Chamber of Commerce.

The exposition of Belarus will be located in the exhibition complex Damascus New Fairground City, Hall 26, pavilion number - E4-F3. The organizer of the Belarusian exposition at the 7th international exhibition Rebuild SYRIA is the Belinterexpo exhibition company of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The exposition will be held with the support and active participation of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Syrian Arab Republic.
