Belarus to Demonstrate the Best Food Brands at Gulfood Food Trade Exhibition in Dubai

On February 13 –17 the International Food and Beverage Trade Exhibition Gulfood in Dubai (UAE) will feature the Belarusian Pavilion: Belarus – the Taste of Nature. The flagship food manufacturers of Belarus will demonstrate their best meat and dairy products, as well as new products to the exhibition visitors and potential partners.

Exposition participants include dairy producers: Bellakt, Molochny Mir, Primemilk, Slutsk Cheese-Making Plant, and Lida Milk Plant. Meat industry will be presented by Veles-Meat, Volkovysk Meat-Processing Plant, Grodno Meat-Packing Plant, Slonim Meat-Packing Plant, and Agrokombinat "Dzerzhinskiy".

New Belarusian products include:

·        A range of infants’ food Bellakt Opti Active by Bellakt. Dry milk formulas can substitute natural breast milk due to similar properties. These formulas contain ARA and DHA lipids essential for healthy development of child’s immunity, brain and eyesight. Composition also contains oligosaccharides, i.e. components for better digestion and decreased allergy risk.

·        A range of soft cheese and cream cheese Bela Bovino by Molochny Mir. These products are healthier than cottage cheese because they are produced by ultrafiltration. A range of filling is great: fruits, berries, chocolate. Such cheese may be used for soup and salad dishes.

·        Wingenstein cheese with truffle and Madelan cheese by Slutsk Cheese-Making Plant. Madelan cheese needs to be cured for 2 years. Throughout this time it is taken care of by professional cheese makers, allowing its flavor and taste develop in full. This product is great for Italian dishes and may be also served with fruits.

·        Soft cheese produced under the technology of Italian ricotta by Primemilk. The product is made from concentrated whey that adds a sweetish taste and special nutritive properties to this cheese.

The Belarusian Pavilion: Belarus – the Taste of Nature will take place in HALL 2 of the Dubai World Trade Center. Booth No. GF22 D2-2.

The Belarusian delegation will include almost forty top managers of food plants, ready to hold negotiations on cooperation.

The Belarusian pavilion at the Gulfood Food and Beverage Trade Exhibition is organized by Exhibition Unitary Enterprise “Belinterexpo” of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event is held under support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus, the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus to the United Arab Emirates, Dubai Industries and Exports, and the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Gulfood is the world's largest annual food exhibition and the major event of the year for the global food industry.

In 2022 Gulfood will gather over 4 000 companies from 120 counties. The exposition will take place in 21 exhibition halls of the Dubai World Trade Center. Over 150 speakers will take the floor at business events.
