ABOUT EXPOSITION
The Belarusian exposition will be presented at the 27th Azerbaijan international exhibition «Food Industry» (Interfood Azerbaijan) and the 15th Azerbaijan international Exhibition «Agriculture» (Caspian Agro). 38 large enterprises of the food industry, scientific organizations, concerns, holdings take part in the exposition. The total area of the exhibition pavilion in Belarus is 245 square meters.
The Belarusian exposition will include three booths, the largest of which is made in the form of a Belarusian city of the 19th century. The concept of the booth involves the work of an impromptu bar, coffee shop, barbecue area. Belarus booth numbers are A3401, F2106, F2113.
The organizer of the Belarusian exposition is the exhibition company «Belinterexpo» of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The exposition is organized with the support and active participation of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

MEAT PRODUCTS
Beef meat in various versions, sausages, semi-finished products, canned food. New products: beef products using sous-vide technology and in natural mold (Mogilev Meat Processing Plant), raw-smoked delicacy Bresaola (Grodno Meat Processing Plant), textile sausage casing (CrocusBel).
MILK PRODUCTS
Whole milk products, cheeses, milkshakes, glazed curds, ice cream. New products: a line of soft cheeses and curd creams (Molochny Mir), cheeses with a ripening period of more than a year (Slutsk cheese-making plant), dry mix for making ice cream in a freezer (Kobrin butter and cheese-making factory), curd desserts (Molochny Gostinets), glazed cheese curds without added sugar (Minsk dairy plant number 1).
CONFECTIONERY
Chocolate, cookies, sweets, marmalade, snacks, marshmallows. Spartak presents new types of chocolates, Kommunarka presents Belovezhskaya Pushcha chocolate with blueberry puree, Krasny Mozyryanin presents new types of marshmallows, Krasny Pishchevik presents apple marshmallow. Bellakt offers children's instant cookies.
SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENTS
Solutions for the creation of new generation dairy farms (Scientific and practical center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on animal husbandry), new types of dry starters (Institute for the Meat and Dairy Industry), low-protein foods with a reduced content of phenylalanine (Scientific-Practical Center for Foodstuffs of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus).
